All the accommodation we offer for renting are owned by our company and they are all different in terms of style and design which is quite different compared to most of what the market is proposing in which the rooms are often very standardized and impersonal.

This allows us to do everything in the way we would do it for ourselves (being the maintenance of the buildings, the design, the decoration, the relationship with our tenants, the energy savings investment) and propose you the service we would expect to receive.

Our objective is that everyone feels at home We are doing our best to fulfil this objective: very good maintenance of the buildings (shared common areas, rooms, etc..), cleaning at least twice a week of the shared common areas (including common kitchen) by our team and we are reachable 24h/day on Whatsapp, message or phone (we do our best to solve any human or technical matters as soon as possible).
