Our one-bedroom apartments are furnished, completely equipped with household appliances and decorated with care Located in private buildings, they are not for sharing (colocation).

The apartment Sainte Marie : close from the city centre, next to bus stops and shops, close from the highways. It is accessible by an elevator (or stairs), has an armoured door and beneficiate from a large sunny clear view (windows have solar screens).

The apartment Serbie : 100 meters away from the Guillemins train station and from all the bus stops which can bring you all over the city! It also beneficiates from a sunny clear view over the new Finance building, a large parking and the Calatrava train station.

You access to the apartment using an elevator and through an armoured door. The apartment includes a specific bed (Bed Up) which rise into the ceiling without needing to move anything in the room! This allows to have 2 rooms in one : living room and bedroom.

These apartments have been renovated recently and have triple gazing windows resulting in a very good thermal and sound insulation.
